These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.roofsbycapstone.com (the "Site") and your interactions with Capstone Contracting Solutions, also operating as Capstone Solutions and Capstone Roofing ("Capstone," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting an estimate or inspection, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Capstone and Our Services
Capstone is a licensed residential and exterior contractor serving the Kansas City and St. Louis metro areas. We provide roofing repair, replacement, and installation, storm and hail damage restoration, insurance-claim assistance, inspections, siding, gutters, windows, and related exterior services. Missouri license #BC757294.
2. The Site Is Informational
The content on the Site is provided for general information about Capstone and our services. It does not constitute a quote, a binding offer, a warranty, or professional, legal, or insurance advice. Service descriptions, pricing references, and timelines on the Site are general and may change without notice.
3. Inspections, Estimates, and Quotes
We offer free roof inspections and written estimates. Any inspection findings or estimates we provide are based on the conditions observed at the time and are not a guarantee of final scope or price. An estimate does not become a binding agreement until it is set out in a written contract signed by both you and Capstone.
4. The Signed Contract Controls
Any work Capstone performs for you is governed by a separate written service agreement or contract signed by you and Capstone. That signed agreement controls the scope, price, materials, schedule, warranties, and payment terms for your project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
5. Scheduling, Weather, and Access
Roofing and exterior work depends on weather and site conditions. We may need to reschedule for safety or quality reasons. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to identify any known hazards, easements, or property-line concerns before work begins.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Financing
Final pricing and payment terms are set out in your signed contract. Capstone offers financing through a third-party provider, Improvifi. Financing is offered, underwritten, and approved by the lender, not by Capstone, and is subject to the lender's own terms, rates, and privacy policy. Capstone does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approval.
7. Insurance-Claim Assistance
For storm and damage work, Capstone can help you document damage and communicate with your insurance carrier when you ask us to. We are not an insurance company, a public adjuster, or your legal representative, and we do not provide legal or insurance advice. You are responsible for your own policy, your claim, and any decisions about it. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any particular amount will be paid. You agree that we will work within all applicable laws governing contractors and insurance claims.
8. Warranties
Workmanship and material warranties, if any, are described in your signed contract and in the applicable manufacturer warranty documents. Nothing on the Site creates a warranty. Except as expressly stated in your signed contract or a written manufacturer warranty, Capstone makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content.
9. Reviews, Testimonials, and Submissions
Any reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content you submit to us or post about us may be used by Capstone for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that anything you submit is truthful, is yours to share, and does not violate anyone else's rights. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by Capstone or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false information or spam, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or email info@roofsbycapstone.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including our financing partner and social-media pages. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties, their content, or their terms.
14. Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capstone and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Updated" date above and post the changes on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Capstone regarding the Site. They do not replace your signed service contract, which governs your project.
